- Are your products safe to use?
- Yes. All Cognitio Catalysts products are licensed natural health products reviewed by Health Canada for safety, efficacy, and quality before sale. Each product displays its full list of medicinal and non-medicinal ingredients, recommended dose, cautions, and known adverse reactions.
- What are medicinal vs. non-medicinal ingredients?
- Medicinal ingredients are the active components that provide the health benefit — for example, a specific herb or botanical extract. Non-medicinal ingredients are the inactive components used to form the capsule or tablet, such as microcrystalline cellulose or magnesium stearate. Both are listed on every product page.
- Can I take your products if I am pregnant or breastfeeding?
- We recommend consulting a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, trying to conceive, or have an existing medical condition. The specific cautions for each product are listed on its product page under the Directions & Cautions tab.
- Can I take your products alongside prescription medication?
- Consult your healthcare practitioner before combining any natural health product with prescription medication. Natural health products can interact with certain drugs, and your doctor or pharmacist is best placed to advise you.
- Do your products contain allergens?
- Potential allergens are listed in the non-medicinal ingredients on each product page. If you have a known allergy or sensitivity, review the full ingredient list before purchasing or contact us directly.
- How should I store your products?
- Store all products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and out of reach of children. Do not use after the expiry date printed on the label.
Health Canada & NPN Licensing
- What is a Natural Product Number (NPN)?
- An NPN is an 8-digit licence number issued by Health Canada after a thorough review of a product's safety, efficacy, and quality. It appears on the label of every licensed natural health product sold in Canada. An NPN means the product has been approved for sale and meets federal regulatory standards.
- Is Cognitio Catalysts registered with Health Canada?
- Yes. Cognitio Catalysts is a registered company with the Natural and Non-prescription Health Products Directorate (NNHPD) under Health Canada. Our Company Code is 79910. All products comply with the Natural Health Products Regulations (SOR/2003-196).
- Where can I verify a product's NPN?

- Are your products approved for sale in the USA?
- Our products are licensed under Canadian federal regulations (Health Canada). In the United States, dietary supplements are regulated by the FDA under DSHEA. Customers purchasing from the USA do so for personal use. We recommend checking your local import rules before ordering.
Ordering & Payments
- What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, processed securely through Stripe. All transactions are encrypted and PCI-compliant. We do not store your card details.
- Is it safe to enter my payment information on your site?
- Yes. Checkout is handled entirely by Stripe, one of the world's most trusted payment processors. Your payment details are encrypted and never stored on our servers.
- Will I receive an order confirmation?
- Yes. After completing your purchase you will receive an automatic confirmation email from Stripe with your order details and receipt. Check your spam folder if you don't see it within a few minutes.
- Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
- Orders are processed quickly. If you need to make a change, contact us at info@cognitocatalysts.ca as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate you before the order ships.
- What currency are prices displayed in?
- All prices are displayed and charged in Canadian dollars (CAD). International customers will see the equivalent charge in their local currency as converted by their bank or card issuer.
- Where do you ship?
- We currently ship to Canada and the United States. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
- How long does shipping take?
- Canadian orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days. US orders typically take 7–14 business days. Expedited shipping is available at checkout for faster delivery.
